OUR SUPPORTERS

As well as the family and corporate land managers across four states who have adopted ALMCS, we also have many other supporters.

ALM Group Associates are individuals who support the activities of the ALM Group in ways that reflect their interests and capabilities.

ALM Group Partners are organisations that want to help and benefit from the ALM Group activities.

The national agribusiness firm Elders is a foundation supporter of ALMCS. 

ALMCS is supported also by the Queensland Murray Darling Committee (QMDC), the Australian Government Farm Ready program, giant Japanese Onward Kashiyama and Korean Cheil Industries textile companies, Australian Wool Innovation, The Merino Company (TMC) and through voluntary efforts.

In 2008 the ALM Group received the South Australian FarmBis Award for Excellence in Natural Resource Management Training and an ALMCS landholder was awarded the National Landcare Award. In 2009 an ALMCS landholder was awarded the National Environmental Management Systems Award and Her Excellency the Governor of Queensland, Ms Penelope Wensley AO, previously Australian United Nations Ambassador for the Environment, hosted an ALMCS recognition breakfast.
